The ODU Art Department will be offering a Summer Camp grades 1-8 and non credit ceramics courses in throwing and clay handbuilding and decoration. The classes are listed below:

Program Overview
The Art Education program at Old Dominion University is offering the ODU Arts Camp for children rising into grades 1- 8. Classes are divided by age groups. Camp activities include experiences in a variety of art media such as: drawing, painting, sculpture, clay, fibers, printmaking, digital art, and on campus field trips.
The program is rich in VA. Art and core SOLs and creative/critical thinking skills. Art education students (current and/or graduates) will teach the course. The director of the program on site will be an Art Education faculty member. Each session will focus on a different theme so participants can sign up for one, two or all three sessions!

Classes are held on ODU campus in the Studio Art Building on 47th St. and the Visual Arts Building on 49th St. near Hampton Blvd. (look for the red roof).
